- All components containing program configurations have the option to contain memory cards with the program configurations in memory. If any of the components need to be replaced, simply put the memory card in the new component, and upon start up the program configuration will be read into the device.
- System can be scaled from an initial standard of 6 analog inputs to potentially hundreds of inputs for very large systems.
Built-In Web Server:
Having a web server built into the monitor/logger means you own your own data. You no longer need to pay a third party on an on-going basis to be able to see and retrieve your data from their server. Simply provide a network connection to the Ethernet port in REVTOS and be able to view the visualization screens and download your data log files across your intranet or the internet by using only a web browser.
Memory card inserted in data concentrator stores complete program configuration in the rare case the unit needs to be replaced.
Rugged, industrial grade components are used in the system when wireless Ethernet is specified between the data concentrator and the monitor/data logger. Many antenna configurations are available.
Own your own data! Data is logged in the monitor/logger as .csv files, fully compatible with Microsoft Excel. You can specify the data logging frequency, from 1 second to 1 hour. At 15 minute intervals, the system can store six months worth of data on board. The data can be retrieved locally by inserting a USB “flash drive” into the USB port and press- ing a button on the screen to transfer the data files. If you provide a network connection to the on-board Ethernet connection, the data files can be transferred across the intranet/internet using only a standard web browser. No payment is made to us to store your data on our server.
There is tremendous flexibility in how the data is displayed on the visualization screens. Gauges, digital value displays, bar graphs, and real-time trends can be specified by the customer.

With a network connection, all the display pages can be viewed across the intranet/internet using only a standard web browser.
Are you measuring string currents? We already have algorithms written to monitor those string current values and to alarm when one or more strings exhibits a problem.

In this case, string #4 is exhibiting a problem. We show it graphically, log the alarm in an alarm log, and annunciate the alarm.
The REVTOS system comes completely pre-mounted and pre-wired. You connect to a 120VAC power source, connect your sensors to predefined terminal blocks, and turn it on. Signal levels accepted by REVTOS include: 0-10VDC; 4-20mA; Pulse inputs; RS232; RS485 (including Modbus)
